I've been using it for 3 weeks and it works great so far (March in mid Florida). It does not make much noise. I have it set on 86 degrees and it maintains that temperature running a three of hours each day. I had a little trouble setting up the web connection, but after it is connected, the phone sets the schedule and temperature. The directions are difficult to understand as the print is small. I wish they would have used full size paper or provided on line directions.

Got delivery early, installed in few hours turn it on Sunday 3:00Pm water temperature was 59 Monday by 5:00 Pm I was swimming and the water was at 79 this unit is for 26,000 gallons and my pool is only 10,000 even a the outside temperature is at 59 the water keeps raising degrees very happy with it.

I initially had trouble getting the unit to power up at the control screen. After an exhaustive troubleshooting process, I found that the control panel wiring was unplugged from the main circuit board inside the unit. I contacted customer service to inform them of the issue so they could report back to the manufacturer. They later contacted me and informed me that the manufacturer modified their wiring process. They also gave me a partial refund for my trouble. This is a high quality product with great customer service experience.

The heater works great its November 22 the pool is 88 degrees and yes I'm in Florida but it gets down in the 40s at night and in the 70s during the day. I would recommend this heater. The best part of all is the customer service, outstanding they understand your questions and respond in short period of with the answer. And they encourage you to contact them when ever you need more assistance. You can't go wrong.
